Shocking experience ordering a camera.
I placed my order on the 03 Jan. 10days later and no delivery. I was told to wait another 4days before i could take any action. On the back of previous experience i had the order resent. Again nothing; Amazon provided me with a royal mail tracking number. which indicated that the order had not even reached them. despite what the website stated.
I am now looking else where to purchase electronics.
Good points. is that their helpdesk team are polite and try to help. I was fully refunded (no interest for the month they had my money).

Really happy. placed an order on Monday lunchtime using supersaver delivery. received an email to confirm dispatch on Wednesday and item was delivered Thursday 3 days after placing the order by courier.
Site has a huge range. plenty of choice and you can track your orders on-line
